Getting ‘Out of Control’ with sexy Fatiniza

The Colombian won the best of the year at the Bite My Music Global awards for 'Out of Control'.

Fatiniza, the explosive Colombian Pop/Rock singer-songwriter has landed Song of the Year at the Bite My Music Global awards with her track, ‘Out of Control’. She narrowly beat out ‘All about a heartbreak’ by Them Clones from India and is now primed for even greater global exposure.

She trumped top tracks by 21 other artists of different genres from Europe, Asia, North America, Australia and Africa.

The Bite My Music Global Awards is the world cup of independent music and had the participation of more than 1000 top unsigned and independent acts from more than 50
countries.

Fatiniza also landed the Best Female act award in an earlier announcement.

The Top 10 songs that were selected by global judges comprising of international producers, industry experts, celebrities and media  were:

1) Out of Control – Fatiniza (UAE)

2) All about a heartbreak – Them Clones (India)

3) Shine – Beat The System featuring Jaclyn Victor (Malaysia)

4) Aathma Raama – Brodha V (India)

5)  Shehrezade- Qayaas (Pakistan)

6)  Jahaan – Natasha Ejaz (Pakistan)

7)  Going Down – Ashanthi (Sri Lanka)

8)  Jarhaiin – Hera (UAE)

9)  Waiting for me – Diamond Eye (Australia)

10) Mary – Ng Onyeukwu feat Kelly Handsome (Nigeria)

‘Out of Control’ stood out amongst the rest, for its commercial viability and radio friendliness.

“It is a song that can easily be embraced by everyone and Fatiniza’s vocals adds that extra edge to a great pop-rock track.

“Most of the global judges gave it high scores and I do believe we are going to see more from this amazing artist in the months to come” said Siva Zaphod Chandran, founder and chief judge of the BMM Global awards.

The sexy singer’s debut album ‘Confusion’ includes ‘Out of Control’ and ‘Babe Come on’ featuring an explosive mix of Rock & Pop with a contemporary Latin edge in ‘Hard to Be your Woman’  and ‘Fortune Teller’ which echoes mystical Asia.

“Music is my life. Everything I do has a melody sewn into it and I just try to express this through my songs,” says Fatiniza.

Currently residing in Dubai, Fatiniza continues to promote her debut release with a succession of live performances. Since she emerged on the scene in Dubai, Fatiniza has worked the popular clubs to famous hotel resorts, high profile events and major music festivals in the UAE.

Fatiniza has successfully established herself as the region’s most popular female artist, landing performances for the ruler of the UAE His Highness Sheik Khalifa Al Nayan, the ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheik Mohamed Al Maktoum, Tiger Woods and football giants AC Milan.

Fatiniza also performed at the Formula 1 Grand Prix finals in Abu Dhabi closing the Brazilian Parade and again supporting UK Singer/Songwriter Corinne Bailey Rae.
