The event, which will this year see several big-name luxury labels returning to the calendar with fresh collections from new designers, will kick off on September 24 with Dior opening up the proceedings with a 2:30 pm show, followed by Jacquemus who will take to the runway at 6 pm. Gucci will round up the day with its collection unveil at 9 pm, hosted at Théâtre Le Palace.

Some of the other hotly awaited shows at Paris Fashion Week this year are Céline, which will showcase its inaugural collection for women and men by Hedi Slimane on September 28 at 8:30pm; Casey Cadwallader who will debut his first full collection for Mugler on September 26; and Yolanda Zobel, who will make her debut at Courrèges the same day.

Noticeably absent from the line-up this year are Lanvin, Nina Ricci and Lacoste, who are without designers, along with Carven, Vanessa Seward, and Undercover. New to the Paris Fashion Week schedule is French label After homework; Ukrainian designer Anton Belinskiy; A.W.A.K.E. by Russian designer Natalia Alaverdian, and Swiss brand Ottolinger (via WWD).
