A superb seafood meal at Qiang Shi Fu in Langkawi

When it comes to food, Qiang Shi Fu Seafood Restaurant is one of the few Chinese restaurants in Cenang that serves some pretty delectable dishes. They also have live seafood available for customers who expect only the freshest when they eat out.

Try their Red snapper steamed with fried ginger and choi pou (preserved radish) – it was a pleasant surprise. The fish was fresh and the flavours were well-balanced with the other ingredients.

Live Top Shell steamed with garlic is a good idea if you like something sweet and fresh, with a little chewy texture on the side.

The vegetable soup with pea shoots, known for its high content of fibre and vitamin C, was delicious, more so since it had a little salted egg added to the dish as well. Overall, the meal here was better than expected and definitely memorable.
