DBKL says this is to give way to the implementation of the ‘River of Life’ project which will involve the whole park.

The Titiwangsa Lake Gardens here will be entirely closed to the public for all activities from January till December 2018.
dbkl_letterA statement from the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) today said it was to give way to the implementation of the “River of Life” project which involved the whole park.

“The upgrading of the park is for the convenience and comfort of visitors in the future,” he said, adding that the appointed contractor would begin installing hoardings in January.

“During the shutdown period, the public is advised not to visit the lake gardens for safety reasons,” the statement said.
