PUTRAJAYA: No Malaysians were involved in this morning’s incident at Resorts World Manila, when a lone gunman fired several shots causing the loss of lives, injuries and damage to property.
In a statement here today, the foreign affairs ministry said the Malaysian embassy in Manila was closely monitoring the incident together with local authorities.
It also advised Malaysians there to exercise vigilance and follow instructions issued by the Philippine authorities.

Early today, 36 people were reportedly killed in a Manila casino following an attack by the gunman who fired shots from an assault rifle and set fire to gaming tables.
