KUALA LUMPUR: Communications and Multimedia Minister Salleh Said Keruak has rapped the opposition for relaunching its campaign against the prime minister’s wife, Rosmah Mansor.
He said the opposition was circulating fabricated stories which were not supported by any evidence, alleging all sorts of things regarding Rosmah.
“In fact, many of these stories have been proven false when they first came out years ago. So, again, Malaysia is being feasted with an orgy of lies,” he wrote on his blog yesterday.
Salleh said Pakatan Harapan was trying to divert the focus of Malaysians from the opposition’s confusion about who would be its prime minister-in-waiting.
He added that Pakatan Harapan was at the most critical stage of its very short life, and would disintegrate just like Pakatan Rakyat if it failed to resolve the matter.
