MIRI: The police have yet to complete investigations on a primary school teacher who allegedly insulted Islam in his Facebook post on Dec 16.
State CID chief Dev Kumar said the man who taught at a primary school in Miri City was from Sabah and had yet to return to Sarawak.
“We have set a date for him to come forward when he returns,” he said today.
So far, three police reports have been lodged against the 37-year-old teacher for his comments on Muslim prayers and the United States’ recognition of Jerusalem, a holy city for Muslims, Christians and Jews, as Israel’s capital.
