Former TV personality Ishak Nengah dies

KUALA LUMPUR: Former television personality Ishak Nengah, 65, died today following his battle with nasal cancer (nasopharyngeal carcinoma) since 2011.

According to a family member, Ishak complained of breathing difficulties at about 4am and died at 12.45pm at the Universiti Malaya Medical Centre today.

“Funeral rites were performed at the Masjid Darul Ehsan, Subang Jaya, and he was laid to rest at the Muslim cemetery in USJ22, Subang Jaya after Asar prayers,” he told Bernama.

Ishak and his wife, former journalist Aishah Ali, have three sons including well-known rapper Joe Flizzow, 38. The other two are Ashraf, 36, and Iman, 28.
