AG lodges police report over anti-Islam allegations

The allegations against Attorney-General Tommy Thomas have gone viral on social media.

PUTRAJAYA: Attorney-General Tommy Thomas today lodged a police report after several allegations of him being anti-Islam went viral on social media.

Two of his special officers, Amir Nasarudin and Siti Rahayu Mumazaini, made the report on his behalf at the Putrajaya district police headquarters at 3.15pm.

Reporters who went to the police headquarters were unable to obtain details of the report.

The two officers were seen leaving the police headquarters in a grey Proton Perdana car at 4.45pm.

Putrajaya district police chief Rosly Hasan confirmed the report.

“The case will be investigated by Bukit Aman,” he said.
