Hadi to Anwar: Which PAS leaders got money from Umno?
PAS president says the party will make a statement once the PKR president discloses the identities.
TANJUNG MALIM: PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang has challenged his PKR counterpart, Anwar Ibrahim, to reveal the identities of PAS leaders who allegedly received a share of a purported RM90 million donation from Umno.
The sum is alleged to have been syphoned from 1MDB, the scandal-plagued investment arm which is now the subject of international investigations.
Hadi told reporters today: “We will make a statement after he (Anwar) reveals the names.”
Anwar, who is also Port Dickson MP, had said on Friday at a forum in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, that he had the details on the matter and would reveal the identities of the recipients very soon.

The donation from Umno is alleged to have been made during Najib Razak’s time as Umno president and prime minister. He has since been charged with criminal breach of trust, abuse of power and money laundering of money linked to SRC International, a company owned by 1MDB at the time.
