PETALING JAYA: Selangor police have again ordered Farhash Wafa Salvador, the political secretary to PKR president Anwar Ibrahim, to surrender himself over a brawl at a recent sports complex in Ampang.

In a statement today to provide updates on the case, Selangor CID chief Fadzil Ahmat said Farhash has yet to be tracked down.

Fadzil also confirmed that on Thursday, the complainant had retracted the police report on the brawl.

“This case will be referred to the Selangor state prosecution office for further instructions.”

Up till now, Fadzil said five men, between the ages of 22 to 38, have been arrested and this includes the complainant.

All of those arrested work as Muay Thai trainers and have been remanded to assist in investigations.

Four of the suspects will be released on police bail today while another will be handed over to Cheras police as he is wanted for a drug-related case.

Previously, Anwar had urged Farhash to turn himself in despite the withdrawal of the police report.

The fight involving about a dozen men took place at the Arena All Stars Sports Complex at Taman Dagang Permai, Ampang.

Farhash, who has denied involvement in the incident, said he was willing to give his full cooperation to the police if needed.
