Use Warisan logo for Sabah polls, PH allies urged
Amanah Youth wing official says using the party’s symbol was also to reject those who backed Musa Aman.
PETALING JAYA: An Amanah Youth leader has called on the Pakatan Harapan Plus coalition in Sabah to use the Warisan symbol as their common logo for the coming Sabah election.
In a statement, the wing’s communications director Khairuddin Daud said the parties, which include PKR, DAP and Upko, should use Warisan’s logo as the common symbol.
“The use of the Warisan logo is to show unity and our undivided support for Warisan in the election.
“Despite being threatened, pressured and offered inducements, Warisan assemblymen defended the mandate given to them by Sabahans until the state assembly was dissolved.”
Khairuddin added the use of Warisan’s logo was also a sign of the rejection of unprincipled leaders who defected to back former chief minister Musa Aman.
