
After a huge hue and cry in the comment sections, the posting, published at 3.19pm today, was deleted less than an hour later.
Twitter user Rahmah Ghazali wrote: “People are dropping like flies, management the worst in history.
“And the defence ministry is conducting a poll if the people agree with the colour combination on their website?”
Another user Roman Akramovich@SyedAkramin said: “People are starving, dying.”
eZaL@shahriezalsalim asked the ministry to carry out surveys that will benefit the rakyat. He said the ministry should think for themselves what is best for the public.
On the colour combination, he said: “Think for yourselves. Why the need to ask the public on this?”
Michelle Yesudas wrote: “Why is Mindef Twitter admin asking the most ridiculous question after 100 over deaths. seriously.”
She said the ministry should ask this question once the pandemic was over.
There were also other Twitter users who were furious over the survey after the nation recorded a high of 9,180 cases today.
Yesterday, Malaysia recorded 135 deaths, bringing the total number of deaths to 5,903.
Malaysia has also recorded an increase in mental health and suicide cases after the rising number of Covid-19 cases and economic despair.
