Colombia has imposed reciprocal tariffs each time Ecuador has raised tariffs since the start of the year, increasing the tariffs from 30% to 100%.

Following February’s Supreme Court ruling, a US trade court judge ordered importers be refunded the hundreds of billions of dollars collected from double-digit tariffs.

The company said the listing will enhance asset liquidity by giving the real estate investment trust direct access to capital markets for future acquisitions.
