Located at Menara Mara Kuala Lumpur, it offers communications and information technology (ICT) goods and services by 38 bumiputera entrepreneurs.
Five telecommunication companies— Maxis, Celcom, DiGi, Umobile and Red One— as well as two Internet network service providers, P1Wimax and Fiber@Home, are also operating at the premises.
“Mara Digital charges the same price as other popular ICT shopping centres,” he said at the monthly assembly for his ministry here today.
Ismail Sabri said Mara Digital was one of the transformation plans by his ministry to create a high-income techno-hub for youth entrepreneurs.
Ismail Sabri said two more ‘Mara Digital’ premises would be opened at Anggerik Mall, Shah Alam and Damansara by June this year, while Terengganu would also have one soon.
