Partnership provides hotel guests with comprehensive searchable list of doctors, dentists, and practitioners of complementary medicine, clinics and hospitals.

KUALA LUMPUR:
An online healthcare company, BookDoc, yesterday entered into a partnership with Swiss-Garden International Hotels, Resorts & Inns to collaborate in providing healthcare accessibility to their respective stakeholders across the board.

The agreement signing ceremony, which took place at Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences here, was attended by BookDoc Founder and CEO Chevy Beh while Swiss-Garden International was represented by its general manager, Izudin Merican.

“It is in our best interest to promote medical toursim, making Malaysia a tourist-friendly destination. With this partnership, we are one step closer to achieving that goal,” said Beh.

Under this partnership, hotel guests could access to a comprehensive searchable list of doctors, dentists and practitioners of complementary medicine, clinics and hospitals at one’s fingertips.

The integrated application features a seamless interactive platform for hotel bookings and transportation for a stress-free travel experience.

Swiss-Garden International is the first group of hotels in Malaysia to collaborate with BookDoc with the objective to introduce stress-free health platform apps for its valued guests.

“Swiss Garden International is excited with this new partnership with BookDoc. This will allow our guests to book for doctors’ appointments, hotels and transportation with just one click. As technology continues to progress, we have seen a shift in guests requirement and travelling pattern.

“The app will enable a seamless stress-free experience in promoting medical tourism,” its director of operations-projects & special initiatives, Abd Rahman Ahmad, said in his opening speech.
