IPOH:
There was no report of a casualty in the landslide at the Tenaga Nasional Bhd resort bungalow in Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands, today.

Cameron Highlands Fire and Rescue Station chief Muhamad Haziq Hazmi said a landslide at 3.11 pm caused damage to the front portion of the resort, known as The Sharples, and four cars parked in the area.

“We have ordered the 18 occupants in the bungalow to vacate the building for fear or another landslide,” he said, when contacted here.

Muhamad Haziq said the station was informed by the Public Works Department that repairs to the slope could only be done after obtaining approval from TNB, as the owner of the property.
