KUALA LUMPUR: Police investigations have revealed that one of 13 people who were detained following the incident in which a man was shot dead at a house in Cheras early yesterday, is the main suspect.
Kajang District Police chief ACP Othman Nanyan said the 13 individuals included the house owner, his wife and their maid.
“Police are still gathering evidence and taking statements to complete the investigation and know the motive for the murder,” he told Bernama.
It was reported that the victim aged 39 years was found dead with a gunshot wound to the forehead at a house in Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, Batu 9, Cheras.
Initial investigations revealed the vicim arrived at the house around midnight for a discussion with 11 men including the house owner.
