PETALING JAYA: Three students have been arrested over the statutory rape of a Form Four girl at her home in Kalumpang, Hulu Selangor.
The three teenagers, aged between 15 and 19, met the girl through the WeChat app, reported The Star.
They allegedly had sex with the 15-year-old girl at her parent’s home when they were not at home.
Hulu Selangor police chief Supt R. Supramaniam, in a statement, said the boys started having sex with the girl between January and March this year.
“The boys were also her schoolmates,” he said
He said the suspects will be remanded until March 31 to facilitate investigations under Section 376 of the Penal Code for rape.
