“We have re-issued a notice to the traffic offender concerned to settle the unpaid summonses within a period of one month.
“If she wishes to make an appeal, she must go to the court according to the date given, within a period of two months, but a warrant of arrest will be issued if she fails to do either one of the two actions,” he told reporters here today.
He said three officers and 10 traffic policemen from Bukit Aman, Kedah, Penang and Perlis were involved in the operation from 10am to 12 noon.
“We inspected a total of 300 vehicles while 202 summonses were issued,” he said.
He added that Op Selamat 11/2017, which began on June 18, would be continued until July 2.
