A sustainable-living innovator, Peesapaty began chewing on the idea of cutlery that you don’t throw away, but consume as part of your meal.

Bakeys edible cutlery is made from robust millet bread, and far from being fragile or easily-dissolvable, they’re (surprisingly) as hard as wood, and have a shelf life of up to three years. And if the tree-hugger in you now feels sadly duty-bound to gorge on edible, but not particularly healthy or flavourful, forks and spoons, chin up!
