Indah Water Konsortium is on a mission to promote sustainability, and is offering a RM2 rebate for those switching to digital billing.

From July 1 to Dec 31, you’ll be eligible for the rebate when you sign up for the IWK e-Bill service.

The rebate will be reflected in your upcoming sewerage bill — it is non-transferable and can only be applied per account.

There are two ways to register for the IWK e-Bill service:

  •  Scan the QR code on your July to December 2023 bill, fill in the information required and verify your email or telephone number.
  •  Visit this website or download the Indah Water app, and follow the sign-up instructions.

Make the switch to IWK e-Bill

According to the national sewerage company, IWK e-Bill is convenient, fast and green.

In terms of convenience, you will not have to worry about losing or misplacing your bills again. You can access them online any time, anywhere.

Since IWK e-Bills are delivered instantly, they eliminate the delays associated with postal delivery. This leads to quicker processing of payments and reduces the time between bill generation and payment.

You can also play your part in preserving the environment, since IWK e-Bills significantly reduces the need for paper, printing, and mailing.

Find out more about Indah Water Konsortium’s sustainability efforts on its website, and make the switch to IWK e-Bill today.
