Galaxy AI introduces a Live Translate feature that lets you communicate effortlessly across different languages. Enjoy real-time translation during calls — no third-party apps needed.
This feature is useful for those working across different countries and regions, as it provides seamless translations without needing to switch between apps. You can also use this feature to book hotels, restaurants and services when you are travelling overseas.
2. Chat Assist
Chat Translation helps you translate incoming messages in real-time across multiple languages, so you can chat like a local.
You can also tailor your writing tone — be it professional, casual or fun — when drafting messages and emails. Galaxy AI even suggests the best hashtags for your social media posts.
3. Note Assist
Taking notes has never been easier than with Galaxy AI. It helps tidy up rushed handwritten notes for a more organised look, and restructures notes in various formats instantly, making them shareable with a single click.
Galaxy AI recommends correct spelling, as well as date and time formats in your notes. You can also summarise key points for easy reference and translate notes into different languages.
Once you are done, you can easily categorise notes based on AI suggestions.
4. Photo Assist
Galaxy AI allows you to edit images and videos with zero hassle. It analyses photos and provides edit suggestions, such as adding a portrait effect, removing shadows and more.
You can also adjust image angles and generate new backgrounds to fill in the gaps with Generative Edit. The feature also lets you move, remove or resize people or objects, then fill in any gaps in the background.
With Galaxy AI, you can also use Instant Slow-Mo to smoothly slow down exciting moments in your videos.
5. Circle to Search with Google
If you come across something while browsing social media or the web, you can draw a circle around it to perform a search. This feature can come in handy for research assignments or looking up trending products to buy online.
