ALOR SETAR: Langkawi has always been Barisan Nasional’s “safe deposit” in general elections, says the coalition’s candidate for the seat Armishah Siraj. Armishah Siraj told FMT that it was inaccurate to say the parliamentary seat was Dr Mahathir Mohamad’s “safe deposit”, since the former prime minister first won the seat in the 2018 election.
