PETALING JAYA: A total of 945 candidates will be vying for the 222 parliamentary seats in the general election.
Election Commission chairman Abdul Ghani Salleh said there will be 54 three-cornered fights, 82 four-cornered fights, 43 five-cornered fights, 24 six-cornered fights and five eight-cornered fights as well as one nine and ten-cornered fights.
