PETALING JAYA: Penang DAP will bear the cost of return bus or train tickets for students studying at institutions of higher learning in Penang to return to their hometowns to vote in the 15th general election (GE15).
At a press conference, Penang DAP secretary Lim Hui Ying said underprivileged students can apply for the programme, which is being conducted on a “first come, first serve” basis, at bit.ly/jomundipulaupinang.
