GEORGE TOWN: It is up to the private sector to observe the state holiday in Penang on the eve of GE15 polling day, says Penang chief minister Chow Kon Yeow.
On concerns that this holiday may be abused for vacations, Chow said people were free to do so, but he hoped that they would do “the right thing” and go out and vote on Nov 19.
