KOTA KINABALU: Parti Kesejahteraan Demokratik Masyarakat’s Sepanggar candidate Jumardie Lukman wants to build a motorcycle racing circuit in the constituency if he is elected MP. He quipped that it could be named the “Sepang-gar” circuit, since there was the Sepang International Circuit in the Peninsula.
