PETALING JAYA: The police have refuted a viral video which alleged that the Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) Complex at the Sultan Iskandar Building in Johor Bahru was congested due to Malaysians returning from Singapore to vote in GE15.
In a Bernama report, South Johor Bahru district police chief ACP Raub Selamat said the 17-second recording was believed to have been an old video which was now being spread online, adding that the influx of travellers at the complex was “normal”.
