PETALING JAYA: Pakatan Harapan has named Izuan Ahmad Kasim as its candidate to defend the Kota Damansara seat in the Selangor elections, confirming speculation that its initial choice had been dropped.
Selangor PKR chief Amirudin Shari said party president Anwar Ibrahim had handed Izuan his letter of appointment to contest in the Aug 12 polls.
Amirudin thanked Aidi Amin Yazid, named a few days ago as the candidate for the seat, for his “service and dedication”.
