KUALA LUMPUR: The blonde Petaling Street Stripper, Persana Avril Sollunda a.k.a. Shanna Avril, 32, escaped jail and a fine on Wednesday for indecent behaviour when Magistrate Nur A’minahtul Mardiah Md Nor let her off on a two-year RM4,000 “good behaviour bond” after she changed her plea to guilty.
She claimed trial on April 28 last year.
Persana, who is from Kota Kinabalu, has to report to the police every month and undergo a mandatory urine test for drugs.
The Magistrate told the Sabahan, who turned up in a grey jacket and military-striped undershirt, that she may be jailed for up to three months, fined, or both, if she violated the “good behaviour” bond. She was represented by Counsel Kelvin Tan.
Deputy public prosecutor Nabilah Ahmad Poad prosecuted.
