PETALING JAYA: There will be a nationwide flash mob on April 1 to protest against the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and the leadership of Prime Minister Najib Razak, reported The Star Online today.

PKR Youth deputy chief Dr Afif Bahardin said the protest, chosen to commemorate the first anniversary of the GST, will take place from 4pm to 6pm, in venues to be announced later, nationwide.

The flash mob would be the curtain-raiser for a mass rally against the GST, in Kuala Lumpur, the following day.

Afif urged all Malaysians to partake in the flash mob, as well as the rally, and wear black in solidarity.

He said that although PAS was no longer a part of the Opposition pact, its party members were welcomed to join the event.
