KUCHING: Employees Provident Fund (EPF) members have been advised to apply for withdrawal from their Account 2 using their online accounts.
EPF said its branches as well as contact management centres were still closed until April 14, in keeping with the movement control order (MCO).
There have been reports of crowding at some EPF offices, where social distancing rules have not been followed.
EPF said its members should apply using the EPF i-Akaun app or email as follows:
- Query on i-Lestari withdrawal at [email protected]
- Submission of i-Lestari withdrawal application form at [email protected]
- Submission of i-Akaun registration form at [email protected]
- Submission of form to maintain employee contribution rate at 11% at [email protected]
