KOTA KINABALU: A man sought over a murder here has been arrested in Sarawak, some 10 days after a local man was killed at a nightspot in Penampang.
The 34-year-old suspect was arrested at a hotel in Limbang, Sarawak, at 10.55pm.
Penampang police chief Mohd Haris Ibrahim said the suspect will be brought back for investigations for murder.
The suspect is believed to have been involved in the fatal stabbing of a 29-year-old man at the nightclub at 3am on Jan 4. The victim died of his injuries in hospital.
