An internal probe has been initiated and a police report has been lodged following the leaked Federal Court ‘judgment’.
PETALING JAYA:
The chief registrar’s office of the Federal Court said that the written judgment on Najib Razak’s appeal which was published in a blog today was merely a draft.

In a statement, it said the draft that was leaked had not been finalised, with the final version being delivered in court.

“The leaked document had been modified.”

It also said that whoever leaked the document wanted to smear the judiciary and justice system.

“An internal probe has been initiated and a police report has been lodged.”

Earlier today, Umno Youth called on the Federal Court to clear the air over the authenticity of the leaked document which was published on Malaysia Today.

The wing’s chief Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki said this was necessary to prevent any mistrust that could taint the image of the judiciary. The wing also lodged a police report.
