PETALING JAYA:
Two girls and one boy were found drowned after apparently falling into a sewage pond in Sibu Jaya, Sarawak, this evening.

The Sarawak fire and rescue department said they were alerted to the incident at about 4.05pm.

It said the bodies of all three victims had been retrieved by members of the public before the firefighters arrived.

The cause of the incident remains under probe while the children’s identity and age have yet to be confirmed.
