
PETALING JAYA: A 27-year-old man was shot dead in front of an entertainment centre in Skudai, Johor Bahru late last night, with police on the hunt for two suspects.
Iskandar Puteri police chief M Kumarasan said they were notified about the incident at Taman Industri Jaya in Skudai around 11pm yesterday.
In a statement, he said the victim died at the scene while another man, also 27, sustained injuries after being shot.
“A third man is believed to have been wounded in the incident but he has yet to be identified as he was taken away from the scene by an acquaintance after the shooting.
“We urge the victim to come forward to assist in the investigation,” he said, adding that an investigation has been open under Section 302 for murder.
