
UEM Sunrise managing director and CEO Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib said this was in line with the government’s initiatives to advocate affordable housing for the people.
Beginning Aug 6, customers will be able to purchase properties in developments such as Teega Puteri Harbour, Almas Puteri Harbour, Estuari Gardens Puteri Harbour, Residensi Ledang Puteri Harbour and Bayu Angkasa in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
Properties in Cyberjaya such as Verdi Eco-dominiums Central and Symphony Hills Central will also be up for grabs.
The down payments for units in Iskandar Puteri range from RM1,000 for Bayu Angkasa to RM10,000 for Teega Puteri, Almas Puteri, Estuari Gardens and Residensi Ledang.
In Cyberjaya, meanwhile, down payments are RM5,000 for Verdi Eco-dominiums and Symphony Hills.
In a statement, Anwar said UEM Sunrise was committed to building communities by developing affordable homes for the people.
