The swearing-in ceremony, to be presided by new state speaker Kadzim Yahya, will be a closed-door event with no media presence due to the conditional movement control order (CMCO), according to an officer with the Sabah Information Department.
However, it is believed that the ceremony will be broadcasted live on YouTube.
In addition to the 73 elected representatives, the six nominated assemblymen are also expected to take their oath of office before Kadzim.
Gabungan Rakyat Sabah has 41 assemblymen including three independents, who have aligned themselves with the new state government.
The opposition, Warisan Plus comprising Warisan, DAP, PKR and Upko has 32 assemblymen.
