It’s very likely that Nur Izzah Aqilah Mat Said will not be able to contain her excitement when she walks into her new home at The Serenade at The Glades worth over RM1 million. A lucky lady indeed, she was the grand prize winner of the Beyond 50 campaign organised by Sime Darby Property in commemoration of their golden jubilee.
“I am overjoyed to have won. After all, who would have imagined winning a home worth more than RM1 million! I’d like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Sime Darby Property for presenting me with this prize,” Nur Izzah said in disbelief, when she became the proud owner of a unit at The Serenade – one of Sime Darby Property’s elite limited-edition condominiums inspired by tranquil living.

According to Azmir Merican, Sime Darby Property’s Group Managing Director, the Beyond 50 campaign is aimed at celebrating the joy of homeownership, which they have been successful at doing for the last five decades.
“Not many people can say that they have won a home worth more than RM1 million. We wanted to give that once-in-a-lifetime experience to one of our homebuyers to mark our gratitude for their unwavering support for over 50 years. We would also like to thank our customers for their participation in the Beyond 50 campaign, their continuous support in all our endeavours as well as their trust in our brand,” he added.
“Sime Darby Property is honoured to create memorable experiences for all our campaign winners as well as our customers. As we move forward, we are thrilled to offer more opportunities for Malaysians to fulfil their dreams, explore the future together and drive transformation further,” he said, stating that the campaign strengthens its purpose as a value multiplier for people, businesses, economies, and the planet.

Besides leveraging the campaign as a way of giving back to the community through awarding their customers with amazing prizes, the Beyond 50 campaign garnered bookings of more than 830 units across residential, commercial, and industrial properties worth approximately RM1.25 billion within just four months.
They recorded a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM948 million which contributed to the campaign’s overall success, garnering a 76% take-up of total sales bookings, followed by existing products with a GDV of RM303 million, raking-up a 24% take-up of the overall sales bookings.
Adding further to the excitement, Sime Darby Property unveiled Serasi Residences, their latest Transit Oriented Development (TOD), consisting of a range of freehold serviced apartments located within Putra Heights Sentral, priced between RM356,000 and RM528,000.
