If you’re looking for a good spot to have a meal in Taman Eng Ann, Klang, and are a fan of wantan mee, Restoran Chon Yu is worth a try.

The largely “invisible” kopitiam, a small outfit a few doors down from Big Pharmacy, has one main stall offering wantan noodles operated by, presumably, a mother-daughter duo.

Here you can find a few varieties of this local favourite – from the conventional barbecued pork (char siew) and dumplings, and minced meat, to the ever-popular chicken feet with mushroom.

The latter variety is served with a side of wantan soup, juicy black Chinese mushrooms, veggies, and chicken feet that are deep-fried and then braised.

Fans of this delicacy will definitely appreciate the texture of the chicken feet – springy, flavourful and with an awesome mouthfeel. They’re of a pretty good size, too.

So head on over to Restoran Chon Yu for a delicious and satisfying meal!
