AF Jets Sdn Bhd Chief Operating Officer Amrul Nizar Anuar said the cost for the 10-day operations would be borne by his company, Star Online reported.
“We will conduct this exercise for free starting this Sunday and over the next 10 days.
“This is my contribution to the Kelantan people because I come from this state although my operations are based in Kuala Lumpur.”
He said his company had been involved in rain-making since 2014 and his success rate was 90%, using cheaper materials.
Amrul said he was concerned about the drought that had caused rivers to dry up in his home state.
