Police said the man was found in a pool of blood at the apartment by a family member at around 4.20pm on Saturday, reported The Star.
“The victim’s brother-in-law received a call from a relative that the man was found injured and unconscious,” Petaling Jaya police chief Asst Comm Mohd Zani Che Din said.
He said the brother-in-law came home immediately and rushed the victim to Hospital Sungai Buloh for treatment.
However, the victim died about an hour later due to the stab wounds, he added.
Zani said the case was being investigated as a murder and police were now tracking a suspect, who is believed to be the victim’s nephew.
