PETALING JAYA: The one million doses of Pfizer vaccine donated by the US government arrived at 8.10 this morning at the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport in Subang.
The vaccine was shipped via a Raya Airways aircraft.
The donation is part of 80 million doses the Biden administration has pledged to give to other countries amid concerns of vaccine disparity between the advanced and developing nations.
The minister coordinating the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme, Khairy Jamaluddin, thanked the US government for the donation.
