
PETALING JAYA: Four localities in Sabah will go under the enhanced movement control order (EMCO) from Sept 3-16, said the National Security Council (MKN) today.
In a statement, MKN director-general Rodzi Md Saad said the areas are the Mayvin 2 farm workers’ quarters in Telupid, the Cargo Timber factory and workers’ quarters in Keningau, Kampung Tagaroh in Kota Marudu and Kampung Dumpiring Bawah in Ranau.
He also said the EMCO at Sabah’s Kampung Tanjong Pagar in Sipitang and Kampung Padang Tembak in Keningau will end tomorrow as scheduled.
Two other areas in Sabah will see the EMCO come to an end tomorrow – Kampung Jawa in Tawau and Setinggan Kampung Baru Luyang in Penampang.
In addition, the EMCO at the Sungai Kahang farm in Kluang, Johor, will end tomorrow as scheduled.
