
PETALING JAYA: Three localities in Pahang, Sabah and Perak will go under an enhanced movement control order (EMCO) for two weeks, said the National Security Council (MKN) today.
The areas are Kampung Ulu Groh in Kampar, Perak (Sept 12 to Sept 25); Insanjaya and Darabif farms in Pekan, Pahang, and Taman Semarak Megah in Tawau, Sabah (Sept 13 to Sept 26).
There has been a surge in Covid-19 cases in those areas.
Lockdowns in eight localities will end on Sept 12. The areas are: Kampung Batu Balai, Kampung Congo and Kampung Perlok in Jerantut, Pahang. In Sabah, the areas are: Taman Ketiau, Platinum Apartment, Taman Teluk Villa and the Taman Sri Serigai people’s housing project in Putatan, and Kampung Tuhau in Kudat.
