PUTRAJAYA:
Former Sabah chief minister Musa Aman left the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) building at 2.10pm today after giving his statement regarding accusations that he tried to bribe state assemblymen after the 14th general election (GE14) in May.

He spent about two hours in the building before being driven off in a silver Toyota Vellfire accompanied by several people believed to include his lawyer.

A white and a black Toyota Vellfire led his car in the convoy.

Musa, who is the former Sabah Barisan Nasional chairman, is also being probed for alleged criminal intimidation of the state’s governor Juhar Mahiruddin.

After going missing soon after GE14, he was finally sworn in as Sungai Sibuga assemblyman yesterday.

He was previously reported to be receiving treatment at the Clementine Churchill Hospital in London.

On his return to Malaysia last month, he was admitted to a hospital in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
