Another week, another slew of exciting releases on Netflix. From the highly anticipated sequel to the big-cat unscripted series “Tiger King”, to a movie adaptation of a smash off-Broadway musical, here’s a selection of what’s coming up over the next seven days.

Tuesday, Nov 16

‘The Scorpion King 3: Battle for Redemption’ (film)

Deposed King Mathayus becomes a hired killer who must protect another kingdom from invasion by a brutal army of ghost warriors, in this sequel that does not star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

‘StoryBots: Laugh, Learn, Sing’ (series)

Learn along with Beep, Boop, Bing, Bang and Bo as they make their way through a musical alphabet, from awesome A’s to mighty M’s and all the way to Z! Wheee!

‘Tiger King 2’ (documentary)

The second season of this critically acclaimed documentary about a murder-for-hire from the underworld of big-cat breeding. Fun fact: the founder of the Florida sanctuary, Carole Baskin, is trying to sue Netflix for using footage of her in this sequel.

‘Tear Along the Dotted Line’ (series)

A cartoonist in Rome with his armadillo for a conscience reflects on his path in life and unrequited love as he and his friends travel outside the city.

‘Wanita Terindah’ (film)

Disgruntled by his mother’s adoption of an ailing boy, a photographer decides to investigate the child’s background with the help of his coworker, in this Malaysian movie directed by Joon Goh and starring Fattah Amin and Liza Othman.

‘The Princess Switch 3: Romancing the Star’ (film)

When a priceless Christmas relic is stolen, royal look-alikes Margaret and Stacy turn to audacious doppelganger Fiona – and her dashing ex – for help. This festive-season romantic comedy is directed by Mike Rohl (“Shadowhunters”, “Smallville”) and brings back Vanessa Hudgens as the titular princess.

‘tick, tick… Boom!’ (film)

On the brink of turning 30, a promising theatre composer navigates love, friendship and the pressure to create something great before time runs out. Directed by Lin-Manuel Miranda, this adaptation of the off-Broadway musical tells the semi-autobiographical story of the late composer Jonathan Larson (“Rent”).

‘Cowboy Bebop’ (series)

John Cho, Mustafa Shakir and Daniella Pineda star as a ragtag crew of bounty hunters chasing down the galaxy’s most dangerous criminals. They’ll save the world – for the right price.

‘Dhamaka’ (film)

In this Indian Hindi-language action thriller, a cynical former television news anchor gets an alarming call on his radio show and sees a chance for a career comeback – though it may cost him his conscience.
