The Selangor MB says he's a familiar face to most constituents, but admits that younger voters may not be as well acquainted with him.

PETALING JAYA:
Caretaker Selangor menteri besar Amirudin Shari admits having the advantage in the race for the Sungai Tua seat, but says he will not take his foot off the pedal while on the campaign trail.

According to Utusan Malaysia, the assemblyman who has served three terms in Sungai Tua said he is well-known to the majority of his constituents, but younger voters may not be as well-acquainted with him.

Amirudin, who is being challenged by PN’s Hanif Jamaluddin and an independent candidate, said he had been working hard on wooing youngsters in his campaign.
