
Ipoh Mayor Zamri Man said ICC had conducted an investigation and would call the person concerned to get a detailed explanation of how such mistakes could happen.
He stressed that if there was clear negligence and the mistakes were made without considering the impact, MBI would issue a show cause letter to the person concerned.
“The person will also be given a warning letter and advice so that such issues will not be repeated in future,” he said when contacted by Bernama here today.
The notice in English posted at the centre’s entry point last week said that the premises was closed on Dec 30 and 31, due to internet and air-conditioning issues, but the sentences had many mistakes.
